About Us

Ruth Mohamed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Nevada. She has gained her clinical experience working with adolescent teens in the juvenile justice system, providing therapeutic services at a psychiatric hospital, working with adolescents and adults in outpatient therapeutic settings, and providing clinical services to children, K-12, in the Clark County School District,

as a School Social Worker.

She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with her Bachelor in Meetings and Events Management in 2008 and followed her passion and obtained her Master of Social Work in 2019. She utilizes the following evidence-based techniques integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Main focus is aiding clients in learning effective coping techniques to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors they experienced that negatively impacted their lives.

It is her goal to meet you where you are at, and to help you develop the skills to get you on the path to where you want to be, by utilizing a warm and empowering strengths-based approach utilizing creative and tailored approaches.
